Tarek Mohammed

Managing Director

Tarek Mohammed is currently the managing director of Synergistics, a consulting and software development start-up that he founded in 2015, and a co-founder of a social initiative called the ‘Community Fridge’. He was previously a consultant with the Dubai-based family office MAS Holdings LLC. Moreover, He was the former Chief Innovation Officer at Ixtel, one of the UAE’s leading ICT service providers supported by both the Khalifa Fund and Dubai SME. Tarek held a professional career working with DIFC Investments and FFA Private Bank Dubai. He has over 8 years of experience working in the GCC and the greater MENA region. His background is strongly focused in technology, investment advisory and business strategy. He holds a higher diploma in Mathematics and Physics (2011) from King’s College London, and a BSBA in Finance (2017) from the American university of Sharjah. Tarek speaks fluently Arabic, English and French.

Hamza Asad

Manager HR & Operations

Hamza Asad is currently the Manager HR & Operations of Synergistics FZ LLC ; his responsibility is to manage the team of developers, designers and IT technicians. His responsibility also involves the management of projects from development to delivery. Hamza has been with Synergistics since it’s inception in 2015. He graduated from the University of Central Punjab with a Master in Business Administration (2015), and Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources (2013). He is an enthusiast of technology and automobiles. Hamza is fluent in both English and Urdu
